Global nuclear lobby needs to be sure that both Australia’s Labor and Liberal Parties are on side

The South Australian Labor Party has just held its Conference.  The question of changing the party’s nuclear policy, and of weakening or removing the Nuclear Waste Storage Facility Prohibition Act South Australia was debated.

The pretense continues, that this in merely a small “South Australian” matter. But it’s not. It is the next phase of the nuclear lobby’s determination to make Australia the world’s nuclear toilet. The first phase continues – the brainwashing of the South Australian public, (at tax-payers’ expense, and breaking the law that forbids such expense!). The next phase is POLITICS, starting with the destruction of the Labor Party’s nuclear-free policies.

And here’s the South Australian Labor  result: further delay – while the nuclear brainwashing continues. Under the radar – the nuclear lobby builds support from the federal Australia Labor Party.

Still – the counter movement for a nuclear free Australia is also building.
