Do we need another CHERNOBYL NUCLEAR DISASTER or FUKUSHIMA NUCLEAR DISASTER, perhaps in North America or Western Europe this time, before the Human Elite change course away from the Nuclear Horizon, end all Einstein Mines and mass manufacture of Einstein/Oppenheimer/Teller Bombs ?
